
Log cake for Christmas.. is a flop actually, created 2 , but i fell one on the floor.. while coating with chocolate ganache ! I felt the cake doesn't taste as good as before ! the chiffonade didn't do well ! But never mind la ! is making for the sake of making.. Ha

ALOE VERA ! This is the crime scene ! cut off most of the parts only left the inner parts.. which i felt is too small... Oh.. stealing Aloe vera in the middle of the night ! Is fun and thrill ! HAHAHA

Chinese New Year Delicacy :

The above Chinese New - Year snacks is a all time favourite and very easy to make !! You can do this at home and impress your family members or friends or sweetheart or darling ! I guarantee everybody can do this at home ! If i can ! You can as well !
INGREDIENTS:
Popiah skin ( can buy in NTUC )
1 egg
Icing Sugar
Oil
METHODS :
1 ) Beat your egg and leave aside for 'gluing ' the popiah skin
2 ) Take out your popiah skin and roll them up individually
3 ) brush the end of the popiah skin with the beaten egg
4 ) Cut diagonally the roll up popiah skin
5 ) Ready to deep fry your popiah skin ( * Note : Fire mustn't be too big )
Fry till golden in colour.
6 ) Garnish with Icing sugar by using a sieve
