0600Hrs, 19 Oct .. woke up early.. to watch.. chelsea Vs Barcelona.. and at the same time.. deal with some stuff.. early in the morning.. Oh.. chelsea Won.. 1-0 a Fantastic result ( i am still a Man U fan).. i would say.. Long time didnt blog.. doesnt mean i have nothing to write.. i have alot.. but just a little.. lazy plus.. no time to sit down to think and type all these..haha.. last week , was great in School.. we got a presentation on concept of setting up restaurant.. did very well personally.. Mr wilson tang (lecturer) was very impress with me.. my class as well.. i think i speak very confidently and deliver great communication.. the class just keep talking abt me and wanting to recruit me.. to their gp after the presentation.. Praise the Lord ! for giving me the opportunity.. Thanks .. Sunday (15 Oct), i have decided to release the bird.. well.. i really dun have the time to take care of them.. below is the photo taken.. in actual fact.. they didnt want to leave.. how do i know ? is when i release them.. they choose not to go.. and when i try to think of ways to make them fly away.. they flew back again ! of coz in the end.. they flew away.. after much effort.. i think in nature will be tough for them.. but.. i have no choice ! Sorry..Birdy.. :-( Recently.. learning to be a thinkerman.. think before i say/do.. at the same time.. controlling the speed to reply question.. well believe it will help me alot ! So what have u been learning ? ha.. keep learning.. and be a sponge that suck up knowledge ! So excited later.. will be baking cookies.. it seems i enjoy pastries nowadays.. be making chocolate cookies.. i want to master cookies something like Mark&Spencer.. chocolate soft.. and overall is just nice ! just wait.. i have come up with the egg tart.. this one shouldnt be a prob ! Looking forward to my 8 week in sch which is in end November.. coz.. it will be my cooking Exam... we will be doing 3 - course meal.. own creation , style .. i will just tell my class.. Bring it on ! You will see me shine above you guys !! I have so much inspiration and ideas..from my.. GOD ! Just wait ... Ha.. WooooooooooooooooW !
