27 July 0312am.. aRgh.. i miss the chance to say goodbye to my sheperd.. Jasmine.. coz she will be away to Europe... taking a holiday and renewal for herself.. 2 weeks she will be there, and 2 weeks our holiday.. Hahahaha .. i took a nap earlier.. but i just couldnt hear the alarm clock ringing.. -______- '' thus thats why i was unable to msg/reply u... Enjoy ur Holiday Sheperd ! remember our Gifts ar ! Haha.. the sleep (9pm -230am)just now is really a good.... a time for me to rest after not slping the day before.. the cooking test today is not too bad.. i am sure i will make it.. but a bit dissapointed with my brown sauce.. the rest is ok.. Brown Sauce , Why u are always so dark in color when i cook u ! haiz.. but anyway.. its over.. looking forward for some fantastic dishes that gona learn ! now i am going to study for all my theory paper.. today i am inspire by Lecturer Justin Chua.. he talk to me after lesson.. and ask me if i am ok with all the subject.. and he encourage me to do well in Theory and Pratical.. which will mark a distinction student.. coz normally.. student are normally good in either Theory or Pratical.. so he wants me to do well in both.. i am honoured and determine and i want to work hard and lay the path ahead.. God will be my way leading me to greater heights ! Woow.. the TIRAMISU-ee is a great success.. first.. i am concern of the wine.. as i use Irish cream instead of Vinsanto.. erm.. the chocolate that i use is rather sweet.. i am afraid it will not blend the overall taste.. But.. hail the Great Lennon !! EVERYTHING IS UNDER CONTROL.. i think can sell ar.. haha.. Superb ! cant wait..for more creation from my hands.. Donald.. can u see ? hahaha the taste is real Good ! anyway thanks to Ze Jun.. for reminding me that i can still make Tiramisu.. otherwise.. i wont noe and try it out.. also thank God for losing the Recipe.. ! haha.. alrite.. i am going to study now !
