19 July 3:27 am.. i cant contain my Joy ! this time is because of my passion ( Cooking )..But of coz Jesus is number 1 in my life.. thats my greatest Joy for sure.. i just finished praticing my cutting skills ; Julienne , Brunoise , Batonettes , Macedonie , Pasysanne.. for ur info.. this are different name for each cut.. chim hor ? i also ponder why have such difficult name.. ? haha.. i am very pleased with my cutting skills but i would like the lecturer to demo for me.. as i miss a 2 week lesson due to the student pass issue.. its officially my 2nd day in shatec.. i cant describe my feeling.. its so different when i was in Singapore Poly.. while doing Mechanical Eng.. i dun understand at times what the lecturer talking about.. sometimes its a struggle for me in every lesson.. tried to work hard.. but it seems i cant produce the desire result.. now.. this time round.. i juz cant imagine.. every lesson in shatec.. we are talking about Food ! Food here.. Food there.. & Food everywhere.. !! ooh.. i juz thank God in my heart.. for being abled to enrol to Shatec.. theres this lecturer.. Mr Justin Chua ( a professional Pastry Chef , was invited to work as a top chef for TCC but he declined the offer ).. He really impress in my heart..& i know.. i gona win him for Jesus.. i really hope God give me wisdom and help me.. He is a sociable lecturer.. he give me air-time to share why do i want to study in Shatec ( as i am a new-student ).. it is an answered Prayer.. i shared about my passion to be a chef.. and How God Bless me through the time when i failed the 1st interview.. and got accepted the 2nd time with his amazing hand upon me.. The class kept quiet for a moment but after listening.. they gave an appluase to it.. and that lecturer add on to my passion.. this is miracle number 1 in Shatec.. The next miracle is how i impact my classmates around me.. as i say.. dun try to be good or Holy.. If Christ lives in you.. definetly.. the manifestation of Christ will be shown and reveal.. my classmates are a bunch of jokers !! haha.. will be dead if they noe about it.. but they are interesting ppl.. the malays one side.. chinese split into 2 groups.. but they really work as a team & united as one... and the lecturers are quite impress by our class attitudes.. the class speaks vulgarities & they smoked.. out of 10/9 are smokers.. everyone offer me to smoke.. but i declined.. and when everyone engage in valgurities.. i does the opposite as i use words that are not strong by substituting it.. i could see the class respected me for who i am.. while in the class.. and i was using the camera phone to capture the lecturer ( my fav lecturer Mr Justin chua ).. theres a girl in front of us.. and 2 of my classmates came over to see what i am doing.. as they thought i am capturing photo of the girl.. and also the girl was wearing a very short skirt.. after capturing the photo.. they are quited stunned.. and they asked me.. why do u capture the back of the girl ??.. ( i think they are dissapointed as i did not do what they wished for..) and i told them.. i am actually taking photo of the lecturer.. not the girl.. and add on.. by saying.. i will not do what u are thinking as well.. and they are quite ashamed after that..and they keep laughing to themselves.. and they told me.. yar..why we think of such things.. !! Ha.. another miracle perform in class by Jesus..
